Bill Checking Issues

If you're having trouble checking your utility bill on QuickBill.pk, please include the following in your email:

  • The utility type (electricity, gas, water, or internet)
  • The company name (e.g., LESCO, SNGPL, WASA, PTCL)
  • A screenshot of any error message you see
  • Your device and browser (e.g., iPhone Safari, Android Chrome)

Important: We do not have access to your personal billing data. If you have billing disputes (incorrect readings, overcharges, etc.), you'll need to contact your utility provider directly. We provide helpline numbers and contact details for every provider on their respective pages.

Content Corrections

We aim to respond to all emails within 24–48 hours during business days. For urgent utility emergencies (gas leaks, power outages, etc.), please contact your utility provider's helpline directly:

  • Electricity emergencies: Contact your local DISCO (LESCO, MEPCO, etc.) through their helpline
  • Gas emergencies: Call SNGPL at 1199 or SSGC at 1199
  • Water emergencies: Contact your local WASA office
