Before you pay

  • Check the exact payable amount from your duplicate bill.
  • Keep your 10 to 14 digit reference number ready.
  • Confirm due date so you avoid late payment surcharge.

Pay through JazzCash

  1. Open JazzCash app and go to Bills and Utilities.
  2. Select Electricity and then choose your DISCO.
  3. Enter reference number and verify account title.
  4. Confirm bill amount and submit with MPIN.
  5. Save receipt screenshot and transaction ID.

Pay through Easypaisa

  1. Open Easypaisa app and choose Bill Payment.
  2. Select Electricity and your company.
  3. Enter reference number and review amount.
  4. Tap pay and authenticate the transaction.

If wallet payment fails
